UPSXML and Free Shipping with Zero Weight

I am using UPSXML along with Free Shipping with Zero Weight. When a product with 0 weight is checked out, there is no shipping option on the delivery information page (as it should be). But when the customer gets to the checkout confirmation page, there is UPS overnight shipping added to the order. Hopefully somebody has ran into this issue before, any help will be greatly appreciated.
