jk_zeng Posted April 9, 2007 Posted April 9, 2007 when ordering 2 earrings from my site, each with weight of 10.00, the shipping rates in the check out showed 45.2222222222222222 lbs (my earrings i configure them to be 10.00 in the catalog ) this is the configuration i set in Zone rates Zone 1 Countries SG Zone 1 Shipping Table 5000:2.50,10000:5.00 so what is wrong here?

You using lbs or kgs? Also check for package tar weight in admin.
