NEED HELP ASAP, Orders not showing up

Ive got most of my problems figured out with this stuff but now this one. I used a test name to purchase something, everything went smooth. until....

 

1) Customer Recives email about order

 

2) Customers can't see orders they have placed in "My Account"

 

3) Owner dose not recive email that an order has been placed

 

4) Mysql does show the orders

 

5) When you log in a administrator, you can't view the orders there either.

 

Does anyone know what can be done??

Which payment gateway is used.

If Paypal then you need to set some paypal profile settings.

At this time i'm not using any payment gateway, i am just doing some test sales to make sure everything is working. If i type in the order number on the admin page i can see it there but i can't click on the left side where it says orders to see them, which means i have to constenly check my database to see if an order was placed, then get the order number and go to the admin page and manualy search for it. Since i'm not using a gateway at this time, could that be the reason or something else.

Above is the link to the order, this is what the customer recives, when you click on it, you can view it, but who ever goes to this, hit the back button at the bottom to see other orders and then you will see what happens. Instead of showing you pages 1 2 3 4 it says 0 -1 -2 -3 -4. and you can't see that order that you just looked at.
