Hi, I'm a newbie too, and also having trouble adding an About Us page. I have read the stuff in the link mentioned above called Add Box Pages, and checked and double checked what I did, and would swear I had done it properly, but....

The About Us link appears correctly in the Information box, but when you click on it you get this error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

thanks.

Well, you have it pointing to a directory that does not exist - you need to put the about_us.php in the right place! I don't think you have it there - I do not have an about_us.php in my build.

Nothing unreal exists

I have an about us.php in catalog, and also in catalog/includes/languages/english/

Should I have it somewhere else as well?

I thought I had followed exactly the instructions in the OSCommerce document and made the 5 file changes...

Sorry to keep on, but I don't understand why you can't see the About Us php, when I have added it (I thought) in the same places as the other information files. What is the directory you mention that doesn't exist? If you would be kind enough to give me a little more of a pointer, I will do my best to work it out.

Thanks
