Stuck on step 1 of install script

Got osCommerce downloaded and untarred, then went to the install script and it shows up just fine.

 

http://www.domain.com/shop/catalog/install/install.php

 

So I leave Import catalog database and automatic configuration checked, and hit Continue, and then the address bar goes to:

 

http://www.domain.com/shop/catalog/install...tall.php?step=2

 

BUT it is still the same import database and auto config options! I never get past this step. I read teh code, but don't see what could be wrong in my setup. Does anyone have any ideas why I cannot get past this step?

 

Tried with IE6 & Firefox.

I added register_long_arrays = on to php.ini, and restarted apache, and it works now. Thanks to the other guy who posted "Stuck on step 2"
