Cant change the company name next to the copyright!

can someone help me with this issue

 

Im using a template and at the bottom of the page it wont allow me to change the store name and copyright year!!

 

 

Oh and also at the top of the page there s phone number...how can i change it??

Those are issues you need to take up with your template maker.
