cant get in to admin page and shop home index????

Hi and help/

 

I cannot get into my shop admin page, also the index folder plus most of my shop is not working.

 

Internat server error file 404 not found/.

 

 

What can i do to fix this, I am a novice so please help

If it says "File not found" then either the files are not where they are supposed to be or else the configure.php files are pointing to the wrong place.

What would i need to do. Infact i would like to start again from afresh how can this be done.

 

I got this shop via a 3rd party so i dont know how they set it up from scratch
