Customers Can't See what there address's are

Hey there, i hope someone can help.

 

I read in another post about someone having the same problem. When a customer makes an account and fills out there information everything works find. When they go there account and clicks on Address book, it shows no primary address and no other address that they have added. They exist in my database but for some reason do not show up. When the customer purchases something, the email they get is empty for the Shipping and Billing address and i see nothing, unless i log into the database and find there name and then search for there address. Does anyone know how to fix this issues. We have alot of people that purchase stuff and it is getting very difficult to keep logging in to find the customers information and let alone make sure to pick the correct address.

 

Like i said above, i found a post that someone made a while ago and they said to fix it, they did soemthing with the database, but thats it, they didn't go into detail on what they did to fix it.
