This is a very important question regarding shop availability: For each item is the store we have 1-4 colors. For example colors red, blue, black of an item and sizes 8,10,12,14. If I sell out of the size 8 in black, then I have to take off all the size 8's, even though they are still available in red and blue. Meaning, if I sell out of blue in s/m, I have to knock the whole color off even though m/l is still available; this is where I get caught out. How is it possible for example, if I sold the 8 in black then I can just take out that size, but leave everything else there. I don't really want to do a page for each color of a style. Hope to find a good advice!
tabbymarie Posted June 1, 2007 Posted June 1, 2007 I'm bumping this thread because I, too, have the same issue and need to find a resolution very quickly, as customers are becoming very unhappy when they order a fuschia xl when there isn't a fuschia xl available. Can someone help us out?
