Admin/ shop Help FTP ALSO

Hello,

 

I could do with some advice please. I have a shop site and My admin screen is all wrong full of NNNNNNNN.

 

I need to know how do I fix this because my shop website also dont work, server error or something.

 

I think it has got to the stage where I may have to reinstall the shop how I do this I am very unsure. I was thinking of downloading my shop items and images so I dont have to start again...

 

 

So in a nut shell!!!!

 

I want to keep shop as I got it full of products and stuff. But use filezilla to download these files , Then get a new shop files download. Then upload them to the shop..

 

I have never used ftp before and dont know what HOST to use and do I need any passwords..

 

I would be so greatful if some one could Help me please

Well thru FTP YOU can downlaod.

Also You need to take backup of data base.

 

Now You can use these twoo together to place your site anywhere.

You will have to change Your config fle only.
