Shipping Modules Disappeared from the Front end

I was currently having problems with the Payment module for paypal. Everytime I used to enter an account Number and Password it wouldn't take it. It would reset to defaults.

After looking at the Forum Under " Bugs" I found a solution. Which is was telling me that I had to add this line of code between lines 45 and 46 : reset($HTTP_POST_VARS['configuration']);

I did as it asked, but now there's a problem with the shipping modules.

I am able to update the payment and shipping modules on the admin side but they do not display on the Front end Customer side.

 

What can I do to fix this bug.
