MrLaursen Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 Hi! I can see my payment modules on the admin site, but when my customers want to pay for stuff, the payment options are N/A - invisible. It all worked great until I changed have they should be sorted, and removed one module I didn’t want to use. Now everything is gone. When I add modules that have never been used before, they will appear on the site. Are there anyone whit a great idea, please? Thanks -M

Thanks -M Make sure that all the modules have a different value for sort order. At least one payment module has to be installed and the "enable" option for that module must be set to "true". When you say you removed one module, did you uninstall it first? Deleting a payment module without uninstalling it first can cause problems. Do, or do not. There is no try. MrLaursen Posted April 10, 2007 Author Posted April 10, 2007 payment modules are mapped to zone so set zones to none and check.else look into something wrong in Your config file. Satish Hi! I restored my DB, and everything looked fine. Again I edited the payment modules and it disappeared from the website. It’s enough just to press the edit button and change the sort number. I have never seen this before. Any ideas? Thanks -M

MrLaursen Posted April 11, 2007 Author Posted April 11, 2007 what type of editing was done. Satish I only press Edit and then change the sort number. If I change it back, it's still gone. -Michael

MrLaursen Posted April 15, 2007 Author Posted April 15, 2007 Have you updated osc? If so, did you do the magic quotes patch? Hi! Can't find the version number, but it's not the newest. The modules worked in the beginning last year. Something just ain't right! :-? -M
MrLaursen Posted April 18, 2007 Author Posted April 18, 2007 Hello! I figured out, that the problem occurs when I add a payment zone to the module. I have tried different zones without luck. -M
