Existing Install Problems

I had a company install OS Commerce for me last summer.

As I was working through the bugs they were fantastic, then right after Christmas while in the middle of working out some problems, they fellt off the face of the earth. Overall OS Commerce works well but I still have the same problems:

 

1. I have problems applying Gift Voucher amounts to PayPal--they apply at checkout and then reapply at PayPal end.

2. Discount coupons were working and now they don't, asks for discount code and then does not apply.

3. Dollar values are trunctuating at checkout not rounding up.

4. Finally, OS Commerce used to send an email notification of each new order, now I have to check for orders in the Admin panel or PayPal notifies me of a new payment.

 

I am computer literate, not OS Commerce or php literate. I can do changes through the admin panel in Chain Reaction.

 

If there are any suggestions I can try out OR is there someone who does OS Commerce fixes?

Try a repair to your database tables.

There has been a version update. Download a copy of oscommerce and look at the change log file and update those file the run the update only install.

 

No doubt your server has upgraded and so does oscommerce.
