Hello and HELP.

 

Is there a way of starting my shop files again, without distroying the products that i have. click to go to y store and first page is there then the index.php page displays

Cant remember now.

 

I fixed the shops index before but the create an accout was not working.

 

Then all seemed to go wrong. Could i not or is there a way of reinstalling the shop from scratch ????

 

what can you sudgest please i am quite a novice but learning slowly.

How many products are in the shop? Have you added a lot of contribs? You can do a fresh install but will need to redo everything that was added. You can save your database and image folder to make it easier.

I have over 3000 products dislaying.

 

So i need to back up what and install fresh ?

 

Sorry i must sound sooooo thick i am not really once i am shown i am usually very good at stuff etc.

you shouldn't need to re-install anything. First thing to check are your includes\configure.php files. Make sure they match the server and database in use.
