postage 'best way' renaming to 1st class recorded if below 2999, parcel force if above 3000g

i require to change the postage name, i use the best table weight one,

it displays on my site as 'best way',

however i would love it to say...

1st class recorded if below 2999g

Parcel force if above 3000g

Look for the correct .php file with this wording and change it to your required wording

how do you make it for below weight 2999g - 1st class record

for above 3000g - parcel force

BUT i need to change to the following

IF THE WIEGHT IS UNDER 2999 SEND 1ST CLASS RECORDED (SO DISPLAY '1ST CLASS RECORDED' IF THE CUSTOMERS ORDER BELOW 2999 GRAMS)

 

IF THE WIEGHT IS OVER 3000 SEND via PARCEL FORCE (SO DISPLAY 'PARCEL FORCE' IF THE CUSTOMERS ORDER ABOVE 3000 GRAMS)
