Installation Issues (Sessions)

Hello I have the following problem that a search of this forum has not been able to solve.

 

I get the following errors in both the catalog and admin section of my site.

 

Warning: session_save_path() [function.session-save-path]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 32078 is not allowed to access owned by uid 0 in /home/moorcut/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 110

 

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/moorcut/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php:110) in /home/moorcut/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 67
