protx (no order from admin)

Hi,

i have been using protx vsp form and have had a few problems, since changing hosts and putting website in a web root folder.

Fisrtly i wasnt receiving confirmation emails from protx, i have sorted that bit out, but now i am not getting any confirmation emails from the admin telling what has been ordered ie, size, colour ect..

 

i have looked through the forum but when checking them out i cant find the right information, Protx has said i need to change the vendor email field in the shopping cart software/code/scripts

 

Could someone please help and point me in the write direction

Hello

I am not sure this will help or you might of sorted it already, I added the new IP addresses for my hosting in the protx admin site. I also checked my email address in my admin site which was wrong.
