Ultimate SEO Url error

Hey,

 

I have installed chemos contribution for Ultimate seo urls 2.1 and everything is working grand. The only problem i have is when i click on a product and then go to select review it shows me an error page and doesnt show the right link. Ok for and example, click this link then select review

it shows me this link:

 

http://www.mykaos.co.uk/bouncer-shopping-pr-234.html%22

 

if i delete the %22 at the end of the link it shows ok. What is wrong with this? If anybody knows a way I can fix this please let me know. If you need more details please ask.
