Can't Get New Pages to Work!

I added 2 new boxes one in the left column and one in the right colum, both with 2 new pages. On the home page they look great! Problem is when I actually click on the new pages, I don't get a new editable page. I get an error page:

 

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

 

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

I can't figurie out why. I have completely redone the whole process twice following all the directions on the OScommerce Knowledge web site for adding boxes and adding pages! Does anyone know what the problem is? What am I doing wrong?

This is the 2nd time I had Internal Server Error 404 pages that mysteriously fixed themselves over night. It's weird, but I'm grateful all the same. Just thought I would let whoever reads this in the future, maybe it will happen that way for you too! I knew I did it right the first time, and the 2nd time, and the 3rd time! :lol:
