Can't delete customers in the Admin area

In the admin area. my customer wants to DELETE a customer. But the DELETE does not work.

 

does anyone know the problem?

is it a permission issue?

 

any suggestions?

 

and. no I am not a programer.. more a designer. lol

Gotta have an error, just saying you can't delete is like saying I can't get my car started. It could be a anything.

 

There are some common errors in deleting, but without knowing anything about your site, I'm stabbing in the dark.

in the admin section. I can't seem to delete a client if I wanted.. it says it did it.. but the client is still there.

So, somehow it is not seeing the customer ID properly - that's what ties it all in together - are you savvy with SQL?

well.. no :)

 

I can log into myphpadmin and take a string and pass the variable etc.. blah blah blah.

but other then that.. no, havn't really worked with a great amount of detail

backup your dbase and catalog\admin\customers.php, get the osc archive

extract the catalog\admin\customers.php override yours and try it. See if it causes the same problem. Once you finish restore the database and file.

well, I'll give it a try.. but it's just odd. since it's a new install
