Daventry Posted April 5, 2007 Posted April 5, 2007 Here's a new problem for ya....I have been using an osCommerce shopping cart for almost a year and a half, with the same hosting company and always on the same server for that length of time. I have never had a probelm with it. Last time I was in the cart/admin was about two weeks ago to fill an order. Went to cart/admin a few days later and just a completely blank white screen appears. There is NOTHING present on the screen, not even an error message. Now, another client who I also use an osCommerce shopping cart for, also on the same server and through the same web hosting company...her admin/cart is also a blank screen. Now, both shopping carts are working perfectly normal, as far as customers being able to access the website itself. I am just not able to get into the cart/admin and make any changes, etc. Called the hosting company today and they said it must be a problem with the "3rd party" shopping cart, not with them. Any ideas on who's at fault, what the problem is and how to fix it. PLEASE, anyone!!
