I need some help urgently if you can.

 

After a restore of the database to a backup made the day before, the category box in the Greek and Russian language is sowing the text as ?????????... English text is ok.

 

Can anyone help me on this?

Language: English (en-utf8)

MySQL charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)

MySQL connection collation: utf8_general_ci

 

Do you sugest to change these 3 to Latin 1_general or

should I reupload after saving the file in arial font since i have not latin1
