Is there a contribution to keep track of sales of others

Hello

 

An employee sells products to the value of say $300 at a home party demonstration. Of course if it was cash they would just send along the total minus the % they have earned but what if they (the customer) would like the option of paying online? They would have to enter a code so that the person selling could recieve their commission. Is there something that could keep track of this and work out the % of the commission owing.

 

Or is the Affiliate mod the way to go?
