checkout shipping php not found

Hi,

 

I get an error message if I try to check out:

 

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

 

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

I replaced the checkout shipping php several times to get it working again. I gave it 777 permission and all rights I used ascII for my ftp uploader and I also tried different ftp programs as well as the integrated file manager but nothing worked. Is this the end of my shop? the error log showed nothing and the server is running fine.
