Is there a template for the index php? Coz i mines Gone blank?

Plesae help me! I was adding text t my main front page when my computer crashed - now im back running again, my index php is empty, as becoz of this on my website front page instead on having welcom to my site ect.... its says TEXT_MAIN? please help? is there a template???

Hi yes i was editing [site root]/catalog/includes/languages/english/index.php - was just changing the "welcome to our store" to "welcome to regency home shopping"

Then my computer froze and restarted its self, not the whole thing is blank - does anyone have the main code??? please!!!!!!!!!!!
