URGENT - I done something wrong!

I just tried to add the html text for adding paypal verified to my front page and now all i keep getting is the following message when i visit my site webpage - please help!!!

 

This is the message i get when i visit my site

 

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/regencyh/public_html/catalog/includes/languages/english/index.php on line 13

Ok now i can get back on to my site, but at the top where it normally has all the info ie welcome to my shop ect.. it just says

HEADING_TITLE

 

TEXT_MAIN

and when i go into the index ftp - its blank - please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't understand what "when i go into the index ftp - its blank" means but it sounds like you erased your english/index.php file. Try restoring that to see if it helps.
