Protx error

Hi,

 

Wonder if anyone can help I am getting a time out error when confirming the transaction. I have upgraded to the latest module 3.2 and it was working well up untill today. the error I get is

Can any one help It seems to me to be a timeout issue which I do not know how to resolve unless you know different??

Sorry about thew way the code went in not sure what happened.

This is not a problem with the module or your site it is a problem with Protx and their link with your merchant bank - please contact Protx directly to report this fault.

Seems odd I checked the Protx site the status showed all servers ok But it is working now. Odd
