Guest Posted April 4, 2007 Posted April 4, 2007 i'm pretty sure i've seen others complain about this, but i do not recall ever hearing of a fix. when i delete a product from my catalog entirely (via the delete button on the osc admin panel), the products image remains in the /images folder. is there a tool that can go through my database and remove all obsolete images? or a fix?

There are contributions, keep looking at them and find the one that has the least headache - I really don't like most of them Nothing unreal exists
Guest Posted April 4, 2007 Posted April 4, 2007 what words would one use to find these contributions? any keyword i use seems to have dozens of pages. most of the contribution titles leave a bit to be desired as well..
MagickWomyn Posted April 4, 2007 Posted April 4, 2007 Try searching delete remove product image via admin. Contrib #1639. HTH
Guest Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 thank you, that was pretty painless to install. do you know of a way to incorporate this installation on the delete button from the admin categories pull-down menu? (for example: when you navigate the categories on the upper left-hand side menu, click on product, delete)
Guest Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 damn that's a built-in function. guess i'm just used to the incomplete contributions :) thank you for the help!
