Guest Posted April 4, 2007 Posted April 4, 2007 I wanted to install a cintribution. I downloaded it. It said to Backup first. When I I click on Tools & Backup I get: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. This didn't happen yesterday with Tools. When I click on File Manager all my files are still there.

This didn't happen yesterday with Tools. When I click on File Manager all my files are still there. They mean to copy the whole OSC file to another directory - the backup function in OSC is for the database only - and you need to create a directory for that. You need to export an SQL file to a file, and then copy everything to another directory. Easy! no need to use OSC admin panel for that Nothing unreal exists
