Account Update Lock Out

Hi I have a major issue and I'm not sure hoe to sort it.

When a customer goes to change my account details and then click the next button - they are presented with a blank screen and then they need to shut down the browser to go back into the shop.

When they click the back button nothing happens they just get the same blank screen. Any ideas anyone - please???
