Moving install from catalog to root level

I would like to move my cart out of www.url.com/catalog/ to the root level www.url.com/index.php can I simply copy my files from catalog to root level with out any changes or some minor changes or is it more involved?

Should not be a problem, make sure you change both config files to reflect the change.
