**background info**

 

Well I am not sure what is going on. I just had to restart my shop because I didn't backup everything before installing an contrib. Anyways long story short I started fresh, took the most vital (and hardest to install) and laid the files over the stock ones. Ran the sql files and everything works (this is the option type feature contrib in which a customer can type in custom information to appear on the product) Well I created a test text field, went through the checkout process and the text showed up in the final order info so I counted the install as a success. backedup everything and went into the attribute manager to add the rest of the attributes.

 

**Whats wrong**

As I setup new option values I got to option value ID 10 and everything I add past that is on ID 10. With each option value I add past the first one to show up as 10, all of the values on that id multiply.

ie. say I have 9 option values setup and I want to add 3 more. I add the value red and it becomes option value id 10. I add blue and it also becomes ID 10 but now there are two red values and 2 blue values. If i were to add green there would not be three green, three red, and three blue values all with the option value id of 10. If I try deleting one of the repeats, they all vanish.
