shellqc Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 I have an issue with the Credit Card module, in fact this happens with all modules where the customer has to type in credit card info in the cart. If the customers puts in a wrong number or expiry date, they get the normal error "expiry date wrong need to fix etc" the customer can then change it to the correct date and click continue but OSC reverts back to the original entry. It will not let them change the info. Customers are dumping their carts and not ordering at all. Some call pretty upset because it puts an authorize on their cards each time they try again. I've tested this myself and it happens with me too. The only way I can get it to clear the credit card info is to clear my cache and cookies and reboot. Is there a fix for this? I can't use any credit card modules because of this. Is it something to do with sessions? I am desperate here, I have search the forum on several occasions and spoken with two different hosting companies and nobody has a solution. I haven't even seen this issue anywhere in the forums.
