Guest Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 I went to my website today and noticed it goes right to http://babymclothing.com//Store/catalog/index.php. If i delete the /catalog/index.php it shows the directory of my store. It did not do this before. So i tried to upload a saved copy of my store to my public_html thinking my website had been tampered with. Now when i try to go to my admin interface via applications on Startlogic i get error 404 but my website is still there if i pull up the web address. what could be wrong?? Don't know much about this, hopefully someone can help.
Guest Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 Looking at the site you are being redirected to, I would say that it is not malicious. More likely an error. Are you on a shared hosting plan? Better check with your hosting company and get it straightened out. With regard the admin problem, I would say that the login permissions have been changed as well. There sounds as if there are other changes you may have to make in your configure files and the admin login permissions. Better get the unwanted stuff off there first.
islandcastaway Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 if you copy and paisted your correct address that your getting the error from "http://babymclothing.com//Store/catalog/index.php. " the fisrt start is your config.php file, you have 2 "//"'s. and with having a /store/catalog/ directory it looks like you are lacking a lil organiztation. make sure your config is ok.
Guest Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 you should not enable ssl unless it is necessary, osCommerce will handle this for you as long as you have your configure.php file seutp correctly.
