It is not to be seen when I add description in admin but when I click info button in online store alarge piece of text appears for every product. Anyone know how to remove

You will have to search and search to see where the template maker added that text. This forum is for oscommerce stock and not for template makers of oscommerce. You need to ask the template maker.
