Can't get my banners to work

Hi, the original banner image is broken even though the links and everything are fine, and if I input a new banner totally, it doesn't even bother displaying anything. Anybody else have a fix for it?

My thought is that it has to be a path issue.

 

Are all the other images (clipart, etc) showing up ok?

 

If so, then the path in the configure files are ok. I would have a serious look at the includes/header.php file against a vanilla copy of that file. Has the following text been accidently altered?

. tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'oscommerce.gif', 'osCommerce') .

 

This is going directly to the images folder and loking for the image file there.

 

Also, there is a huge difference between .jpeg, .jpg, .Jpg, etc. The extensions have to be spot on and are case sensitive.

 

If you are still having problems, could you post your code so someone can have a look at it.

I figured it out, seems like the banners don't like to be in any other category than 468 x 50 or whatever that specific banner group is. Thanks.
