last page checkout (surfer dude) takes 1-2 minutes to appear

I have the following problem.

 

the last page of checkout (confirming the order - the surfer dude) takes sometimes 2-2 minutes to appear,

I am loosing deals over this. why is this happenning?

 

any ideas?
