Can I create sub-categories?

Also can a products be listed into more than one categories.

 

Suppose I have a category structure like that.

 

Manufacturer

M1

M2

 

Type

T1

T2

Sub1-T2

Sub2-T2

 

Can I put the product in M1 and T2 and Sub1-T2

 

M1 is for manufacturer and T2 is for Product Type and Sb1-T2 is a subcategory of T2.

 

Please guide.
