HELP!!!! Having trouble with a contribution Option_Type_Feature_1.7.2

I loaded the contribution Option_Type_Feature_1.7.2....

 

Everything went great I thought.....loaded both .sql files for the database...

 

Started working in my catalog for product attributes...Created a checkbox going by the directions, but when I went to the web page it showed it as a select area.???????

 

Not sure what happend,,,,I'm really in a pinch for a solution if anyone can help...

 

In the readme file there is a line that reads:

 

define('PRODUCTS_OPTIONS_VALUE_TEXT_ID', 0); //Must match id for user defined "TEXT" value in db table TABLE_PRODUCTS_OPTIONS_VALUES

 

When I go to the DB I do not see a table called: TABLE_PRODUCTS_OPTIONS_VALUES

 

Did I miss something on the install?...I know both .sql files loaded successfully...
