tander123 Posted April 1, 2007 Posted April 1, 2007 When testing to open up accounts, I put in all the information and an account is not set up. I get: NOTE: If you already have an account with us, please login at the login page. My site is www.thefreshpearl.com/catalog. WHAT DID I DO WRONG?

jsisson01 Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 Use either myphpadmin or mysql administrator to check your users and their permissions. If you're on a hosted site, their admin panel, if they have one, should be able to give you those powers. If all else fails, call one of the host admins and ask them about the permissions given to sql accounts.
