This might help newbies, like me, or anybody for that matter.

I use Firefox as a browser.

On the home page download a program called Firebug

This will allow you to find the name and location of the different parts.

CSS Tables ect.

thanks that helped alot, I also use firefox plugin for the developer tools, there you can LIVE change the CSS and see the effects, then when its right copy and paste your changes to the css file

In my firefox I often find a file being saved called "firefox.fuk.exe" and I can't google it. Is this a virus? I often delete it but it keeps returning.
