error : max_user_connections

hi everyone..

i have 2 different shops instaled on 2 different domain on same hosting. i have a reseller acc ..

often my shops are giving this error at the different time..

 

my site have 20 registered user

my site have ~800 product

my site have 3-5 visitor per day

 

Warning: mysql_pconnect() [function.mysql-connect]: User hippo has already more than 'max_user_connections' active connections

 

 

i have seach the forum ,i fing some thing and i have changed " define('USE_PCONNECT', 'true'); " to flase on configure.php

but now its..

my host have changed their locations to my own country a few days ago and they said that we configured 'max_user_connections' to 10 per visitor..
