molsonbubba Posted March 31, 2007 Posted March 31, 2007 Hello, New installation. Xitami on XP. Testing PC. MySQL 4.1.18. PHP 5.2.1. I ran into a problem and can not seem to find an answer. Please help. 1. View or Change Account Information - clicking on Continue button will send me to Account_edit.php but it will be blank. 2. View or Change My Product Notification - clicking on Continue button will send me to Account.php but it will be blank. - Clicking on Back button on the page (not browser) works fine and redirects to same pages that turn blank if I click continue button. Interesting observation. Trying to use Back button of the browser will cycle though previously viewed pages but pages would be blank. Attempt to reload any page after one of them gone blank would generate a blank page. Deleting cookies however and reloading a page will work and send me to the login screen. I have searched high and low. Can not seem to find a solution. One thing worked was this. I took 'mysql' out of config.php line define('STORE_SESSIONS', 'mysql'); // leave empty '' for default handler or set to 'mysql'. It fixed the blank pages but refused to work with an error telling me that /tmp directory was not created - but it was?! Suspecting mysql and or cookies? Please help. Many thanks. Alex

usernamenone Posted March 31, 2007 Posted March 31, 2007 Then you are pretty much on your own as the catalog can not say where the error is you will need to trouble shoot your self or contact the template maker. It is a template.
