theauctionplow Posted March 31, 2007 Posted March 31, 2007 Hi everyone, I am a total newbie at this OSCommerce stuff and so I don't even know what problems I am dealing with--maybe you all can at least point me in the right direction... I installed OSCommerce and then uploaded a Template to give it some color. Things seem to be working except for some of the links on the site return a 403 error message on yahoo hosting (i.e. I have two links that are supposed to be directed towards the login.php file, one works and the other doesn't--the link seems to be to the right place so not sure why or how to go about fixing it)... Another thing is that on yahoo I am unable to upload .htaccess. Is there a way around this? I read somewhere in a forum about changing the '.' to a '_' in some of the code but i'm not sure if this will work. I have some other questions and issues but we'll start there...I have this hosted in the event you want to take a look for yourself. Thanks everyone for your time and assistance.

Any other tips would be great.
