After submitting registration, where does it go?

I thought it goes to the store owner's email address. Is there a way to modify this? Thanks.

No you don't get an e-mail every time someone creates an account. There is a contribution to do this, but it is just as easy to look at the customers listing in the admin area. When someone places an order though you do get notified via e-mail.
