Can't create a new account

The problem is I can't create a new account in the oscomm.

 

The oscomm is here: www.thephoneguard.net/catalog

The settings from the oscomm configure.php are:

I made some verifications, the problem is he's not sending the information when I push the submit button. This problem apears only when SSL is true(shared ssl)
