Handling Fee on Select Items

I use "Per Item" shipping - $8.99 per item. Yay, simple.

Buuuut, I have a few select items (15% maybe) where I need to add an additional $8.99 handling (oversize) fee.

What's the easiest way to go about that?

You can add attributes and add extra price there. Then associate this attribute to those products which are Sumo size ;)

 

You will need to display this oversize fee also.

modify the low order fee module (order totals) to add an additional handling for the entire order. You can adjust the script to handle orders in certain cases only like for certain products.
