Archon
Well, not literally but I must say that after I installed the cart in under 5 minutes and began to test it out, I was extremely happy :D And totally Free. Ah, I'm still pinching myself to see if this is all a dream. My current cart, compared to osCommerce, is suffering from Impotence. Looks like it will take some time to get everything transferred, but it will be completely worth it. Haven't explored the forums fully, but is there a function to import database catalogs in various formats: example: text (tab, comma delimited) or msaccess, etc, etc? To everyone involved in osCommerce: You have done a fantastic job. Your cart kicks serious ass and all those 300-2000 dollar carts don't even come close. Keep up the innovative work. wvmlt
I don't know about uploading text/tab files, but I uploaded my items in csv. Keith What the hell was I thinkin'?
gevans
Search in the contributions for "CSV" and "Import". There are a couple there that should get you started. http://www.oscommerce.com/downloads.php/contributions If you're looking for tips on how to do CSV imports use the search feature in these forums to search for "CSV AND import". http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/search.php Good luck! Ken Terrell www.baypaper.com Actually the better thing to do would be to make a donation to the development team. Anything would be nice... $5 each or $500 each whatever you can afford (and think osc is worth)! We have put a lot of hours into making the solution one of the best out there. (I have been busy with other things recently) go to http://www.oscommerce.com/about.php/team and see who has been active and helping you and help them! From Paypal to Amazon wish list items...
