I would like to move from my current netsuite system and use osc along with QuickBooks.

 

I can download all of my customer to QuickBooks from Netsuite but can I then upload them to osc and automatically email them all unique passwords. Or have them go to the site and use thier email as a user ID and then be emailed a password? I have over 30K customers.

 

Also is there a module for applying a payment type called net terms like net 1 net 15 and net 30 to net terms to unique customers? Will it show the account balance and open invoices when the customer is loged in?

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have imported customer data for a client into Osc. The data was exported from Peachtree Accounting. A csv file was

produced from the data suitable for import. The create_account program from Osc was modified to read the data and

do the actual import into the database. I have that file around here somewhere and I could send it to you. You would

have to modify it to match your data, as it is specifie to my clients setup and data.
