Big_Daddy Posted October 21, 2002 Share Posted October 21, 2002 I recieved quit a few orders today and when i get home I see the emails, no ordered products info, of course, so I logged into my admin area to get the orders and start filling them, but there are no orders whatsoever in there. I have no idea what was ordered, what goes to who, nothing. I havent installed anything recently that would cause this and I use 2checkout.com as my processor. Any help will greatly be appreciated. Dont worry about me guys, I'm ok, no harm done..... :lol: Got it fixed though.....In case anyone was wondering...... I get the feeling that no one was but what the hey..... I did it anyway. I am assuming it was that an order was placed, an email was received but no order showed up in admin? If so, this is most likely because the buyer didn't return to the site after completing the cc information. I recently had this problem and was instructed to install the Held Orders and RecoverCartSales contributions. I was amazed at how many orders were left hanging by customers leaving the site. These packages should be installed on all carts.
